ShippingPlease allow 2-4 business days for your order to be shipped.
All U.S. orders are sent via UPS or USPS first class (3-5 day delivery) and include insurance up to $100.

ReturnsDue to the nature of our all natural products, we cannot assure the purity of merchandise once it has been shipped. For safety and hygiene reasons this merchandise cannot be restocked or resold so we do not accept returns.
We know that it can be difficult to order new skin care products online, that is why we offer many products in sample or trial sizes so that you can experiment.
We truly believe that you will love our products, but if you are really unhappy, please let us know. We want you to have a positive experience and will work with you if you are not pleased with your purchase.
Lost PackageYour order is insured for shipping. If it does not arrive, check FIRST your tracking number via UPS.com or USPS.com/tracking. Please contact your local post office or UPS before contacting us to inform of your missing package.
